Starters

Severn & Wye smoked salmon, capers, pickled cucumber, horseradish cream & granary bread
Chicken Liver and Foie Grois Parfait, house chutney and toasted granary bread
Pan-Fried Wild Mushrooms, Port and Black Stick Blue Sauce, topped with herb breadcrumbs
Bouillabaisse. 6 types of fresh fish & shellfish slow braised to make this classic French soup

Main Courses


Pan-fried Fillet of Turbot, Spring Onion and White Crab Potato Rosti, baby Spinach, and Salsa Verde
Wild Scottish Venison Hotpot. Slow braised in red wine, rosemary & garlic, served with sticky red cabbage & buttered greens
Roast saddle of lamb, fondant potato, buttered greens, pearl onions, port and red current jus
Baked creamy Lancashire tasty and butternut tart with caramelised red onions, asparagus and a herb leaf salad                  

Desserts

Dark Chocolate Panacotta, with Warm Berries and Honey Compote, and Biscotti
Bramley Apple Crumble with Hazelnuts, with a Cinnamon crème anglaise
Seriously sticky date pudding, with toffee sauce & banana ice-cream

Cheese board - Lancashire tasty + Yellison goat’s cheese + Butler’s blackstick blue + Cornish Yarg + frozen grapes + quince jelly
